The Ceramic Weighing and Counting Equipment is primarily used to solve the counting problem of MLCC products. As the size of MLCCs becomes increasingly smaller, it is no longer possible to accurately calculate the number of products through weighing alone. Therefore, this equipment adopts a combined method of “optics + vision + high-precision electronic scale” to perform weighing and counting for capacitor products.

Product Advantages ：

The minimum product size is 0.2mm*0.4mm, compatible with specifications such as 042/063/105/107/212; precise counting of capacitors within the fixture, multi-angle lighting can detect capacitors remaining outside the fixture for counting; can distinguish which of three different fixture types the incoming material uses, and calculate the number of remaining empty holes.
