The ice-breaking game session was filled with laughter. “Name Solitaire” tested memory and reaction, while “Tag Matching” allowed everyone to quickly get to know each other in relaxed interactions. In a short time, colleagues from different cities and departments quickly closed the distance, establishing trust and tacit understanding.

General Manager Pei Yanming delivered the opening speech, comprehensively interpreting the company’s future strategic plan, clarifying the development direction of “Technology-driven, Market-oriented, Collaborative Innovation, Cultural Guidance,” and depicting a clear development blueprint for all employees.
The Human Resources Department explained the core concepts of corporate culture and the OKR objective management system in depth, helping employees understand the close connection between personal growth paths and organizational goals.
