On August 29, 2025, GSHTEC (Sichuan) (Sichuan) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “GSHTEC (Sichuan)”) ushered in a milestone day in its development process. The company held the “New Beginning · New Atmosphere” theme event grandly at the Shenzhen R&D Center, officially announcing the inauguration of the new office premises for GSHTEC (Sichuan) Shenzhen Branch / Haitai Precision R&D Center. Colleagues from branches and subsidiaries in Shenzhen, Chengdu, Zhanjiang, and other places gathered together to participate in the first all-staff integration training of 2025, opening a new chapter of enterprise development with a brand-new attitude.

Departure: Writing Aspirations Together, Flying to the Future

The event kicked off with a warm and creative sign-in session. Each colleague wrote their name on a paper airplane and flew it by hand, symbolizing the setting sail of dreams and hope. This unique design not only created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere but also implied that GSHTEC is setting sail from the new location and forging ahead towards higher goals.

This relocation is not only an upgrade of the office environment but also an important step in the company’s strategic development. The event aimed to promote cross-regional team communication and collaboration, unify thinking, and build consensus through integration training, laying a solid foundation for achieving the company’s long-term goals.

Fusion: Ice-breaking Interaction, Displaying Team Style

The event was centered around “Fusion” and “Growth” throughout. In the team showcase session, groups quickly assembled, elected leaders, designed team names and slogans, and took the stage to show their team style. From names like “Pioneer Team” and “Dragon Team” to “Dual Core 666 Team” and “Waiter V,” vibrant names highlighted the enterprising spirit of GSHTEC people.

The ice-breaking game session was filled with laughter. “Name Solitaire” tested memory and reaction, while “Tag Matching” allowed everyone to quickly get to know each other in relaxed interactions. In a short time, colleagues from different cities and departments quickly closed the distance, establishing trust and tacit understanding.

 

Growth: Strategic Guidance, Empowering Future Development

General Manager Pei Yanming delivered the opening speech, comprehensively interpreting the company’s future strategic plan, clarifying the development direction of “Technology-driven, Market-oriented, Collaborative Innovation, Cultural Guidance,” and depicting a clear development blueprint for all employees.

The Human Resources Department explained the core concepts of corporate culture and the OKR objective management system in depth, helping employees understand the close connection between personal growth paths and organizational goals. Heads of various departments took the stage sequentially to share their departmental OKRs and cross-departmental collaboration plans, promoting goal alignment and efficient synergy.

The afternoon special training focused on the business frontier: Assistant General Manager Chen Jiajian and Product Manager Huang Yin explained the product layout and technological trends in MLCC (Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors) and the aerospace field, respectively; Deputy General Manager Shi Baojun brought a practical course on “Challenging Sales Skills,” improving the team’s customer communication and value delivery capabilities, winning bursts of applause from the scene.

Co-creation: Brainstorming, Planning for Development

The discussion and symposium session became a highlight moment for the collision of wisdom. Each group conducted in-depth discussions around practical topics such as “Improving Cross-regional Collaboration Efficiency” and “Optimizing Product Delivery Processes,” putting forward several feasible suggestions based on frontline experience.

In the subsequent open forum, colleagues spoke freely, sharing their growth insights since joining and offering suggestions for the company’s development from multiple dimensions such as business synergy, process optimization, and cultural construction. Sincere exchanges and pragmatic suggestions demonstrated the strong sense of ownership of GSHTEC people and their deep expectations for the company’s future.

After the daytime training and discussions, all members moved to the dinner venue to continue communicating in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, further deepening friendship.

The award ceremony at the end of the event pushed the atmosphere to a climax. After comprehensive performance evaluation, the Excellent Trainee Award, Striving Team Award, and Excellent Team Award were announced successively. General Manager Pei Yanming, and Deputy General Managers Shi Baojun and Han Yi presented awards to the winning individuals and teams, commending their outstanding performance and team spirit during the event.
