The Casting Film Appearance Inspection Machine is used for the appearance inspection of films after the casting process.

Equipment Parameters ：

   1.  Inspection accuracy requirements: Surface inspection accuracy: 0.02mm/pixel; Pinhole inspection accuracy: 0.02mm/pixel;

  2. Detectable flaw types: Mosquitoes, cracks, shadows, bubbles, demolding defects, indentations, impurities, pinholes, white spots, streaks, edge jaggedness, lines, and other surface flaws; the grayscale difference between the defect and the background is 15;

  3. Defect detection rate: Flaw detection rate ≥ 99.5%; Pinhole detection rate: ≥ 99%
