Prolonged use of electrical test trays can lead to dirt accumulation, dimensional distortion of holes, or breakage. This machine is used to clean the trays and detect any defects

Machine Specifications：

• Targets: 2 fiberglass turntables + 2 resin turntables
• Max. Detectable Hole Dia.: ≤ 0.6mm
• Max. Detectable Thickness: ≤ 4mm
• Cycle Time: ≤ 10 min/unit
• Functions: Loading, ultrasonic cleaning, drying, positioning, storage, visual inspection, and recovery.
• The drying function handles the outer surfaces of all 4 turntable types. Note that the 2 resin types are locked onto fiberglass blocks; capillary action traps water in the gaps, which must be manually dried by an operator.

Extended Applications：

This system can be expanded for use in other cleaning processes after grinding.
